This is in the Garden and our Professor told us the story of when President Hinckley came, looked at this and said "I do pray for the peace in Jerusalem." This made me think- I should too.

Here is Golgatha. It is right by the Garden Tomb. Everything is right in the middle of the city. It is interesting because when you are looking at Golgatha there is so much noise from the streets but when you go further into the garden by the tomb it is quiet, and peaceful.

They know this is the place because of the scull in the rock. Can you see it? Their are writings that they would bring people here to stone them. It was also right by a main rode to other cities which is by people were always crossing Christ while he was on the cross and mocking him.
