On a Friday afternoon we decided to explore West Jerusalem while the whole city was getting ready for the Sabbeth. It was raining and so much fun. We went more into the areas where people live and I found these Jews painted on the Wall.
Hey Team! Since you are interested in this blog that means you are working to “Be who you were meant to be”. And that means you are on my TEAM. This has been a journey for me and it will continue to be. I was always concerned about what I looked like growing up and it was always a struggle. However, through my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science: Fitness and Wellness I came to realize that it is a lifestyle and you have to take one step at a time. Then as you focus on becoming healthier, looks don't matter. It is more about how you feel. After receiving my Bachelors at BYU I became nationally certified as a Personal trainer through ACSM, and am now working for the Idaho Athletic Club as one of their Aerobics Coordinators. I have been teaching aerobics now for almost 6 years and love every minute of it. My life is centered around my husband Joshua and my little boy Ian and becoming who I was meant to be.
